The 17-year-old singer’s representatives are calling the allegation “malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false.”

Celebrity magazine Star, in its issue this week, reports that 20-year-old Californian Mariah Yeater claims Bieber is the father of her three-month-old baby.

In an affidavit obtained by the magazine and reported online by Radar Online, Yeater alleges she went backstage and had sex with Bieber, who, she alleges, told her the tryst was his “first time,” Radar Online said.

In the lawsuit, Yeater, who was 19 at the time, alleges that a security guard asked her if she wanted to meet the singer after a concert at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, on Oct. 25, 2010.

Radar Online reported that Yeater alleges the two had sex in a backstage bathroom. The website quoted from Yeater’s affidavit, which was not available online, where she claims to have asked Bieber to put on a condom, but the singer did not.

The allegations have not been proven in court, and Bieber’s representative strenuously denied them.

“While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations,” Radar Online quoted the unnamed representative.

Radar Online reported that the affidavit was filed in a California court on Oct. 31.

On Twitter on Wednesday, the Bieber wrote “all the rumours . . . the gossip . . . . Im gonna focus on the positives . . . . the music.”
